Dr. Holt opened Poppy Direct Care in New Orleans and runs a free reproductive health clinic every Tuesday evening — providing STI testing, HIV screening, and contraceptive consultations for women who have nowhere else to go. She is a cluster leader for the Reproductive Health Access Project in Louisiana and a graduate of the My DPC Story community.

Dr. Khatibi built MyDoc to solve a problem she saw clearly: good physicians doing free obstetric and women's health care were absorbing impossible costs alone. MyDoc funds the equipment, supplies, malpractice coverage, and physician compensation that makes sustainable free care possible — and is expanding its model nationwide.
